First of all, I really loved the welcome and the hospitality how the stunning Katerina received us with a smile and patience.. We also had the privilege of receiving super special service from the charming hotel manager Tatiana, she made us feel at home. Also the reception staff Antonis, Manos, Amalia they are very kindly, helpful and friendly.. The hotel is in an excellent and comfortable location, clean and tidy with a delicious breakfast, everything is fresh... the rooms are clean with comfortable beds, highly recommend ❤️

Accomodation was really nice. Everything that we expected. It is exactly as one can see on the photos and in description. The breakfast was good but of course depends on the taste. The beach was not that near (around 800 m, like in description) but we were aware of that before we booked it. We wanted to choose a hotel in the city center rather than across the beach. What I really need to mention is how incredibly kind and helpfull the hotel staff were. Thank you so much for your help and effort. And cleanness was the best!

The location was good, easily walkable to the sea and the Venetian harbour. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was actually bigger than we had expected from the photos. I also spied a washing machine downstairs which we didn’t use as only there overnight but would have loved if we were staying longer!

We spend 5 days in August 2022 and the thing we liked the most was the location, close to the Rethymno main attractions, but still in a pretty quite street. Rethymno offers a wide variety of restaurants and enternaiment and the hotel is perfect for young and couples.
